After a scholastic career dedicated to economical and social science (Marcello has a degree in political science) and after some work experience in the manufacturing industry, he returned to his first and never abandoned love: the art and crafts
At the ceramics art school in Albisola he took up a programme dedicated to the potter's wheel and throwing. Soon after he set up with Michela a cultural association in Italy (the "colombarini"), where artists of any sculptural or pictorial discipline can find space to work in a well equipped and comfortable studio. Always with Michela he now set up a new ceramic studio in Ubud-Bali. He also design for some international interior furniture companies and he teach ceramic in public and private academy. He designs and produces whit Michela the "Color Bruno" and the "Gaya" ceramic collections in Italy and in Bali. These collections are showed in the Europe biggest home furniture exhibitions.
